A nice lightweight v-neck sweater and chinos still retain the essence of a late summer outfit if you choose to fling your blazer over your shoulder and march off to the nearest pub... ahem, I mean library or museum of course!

Not a colour combination I would have thought would work... but it totally does! Baby blue and grey look sooooooo good with tobacco brown - what a surprise! Looking sharp :))

Thank you wife. I have to say, this is a very comfortable look. Easy to put together and layer if necessary!

Looking good in that light blue sweater, dear Keith!! And I'm as amazed as your wife is that this palette works so well...you are obviously BOTH stars when it comes to interesting colour combos!!

Hi Monika, it's funny but I'm always thinking about combos, not to the point of obsessive compulsive... not yet anyway, but I'm certainly looking at what works and what doesn't.
DeleteWe've just had a really cold day today so it looks like there could be an abundance of "layering" happening very soon.
Hope you (and the old man) are well,
Speak soon
